For this special occasion, the master rum maker has used centuries-old bases derived from the best sugar cane honey from western Cuba.
Subjected to four long stages of aging, where the third and fourth stages take place in barrels that have been used for more than 40 years.
Ron Estrella del Caribe has a complex structure, with a bright amber hue and slightly greenish edges.
Its aroma is floral (orange blossom), fruity with citrus notes, balsamic and menthol (eucalyptus and mint).
It also has sweet spicy sequences of vanilla branch and dry black pepper.
It also has earthy nuances of sugar cane and minerals, roasted coffee, carob and caramelized apple.
