Q. How do I know if an order has been shipped or delivered?
A. When the package is sent, you will be e-mailed a website and tracking number. You may track online and we will on our end also. For regular mail there is no tracking so if lost there is NO refund or re-shipment.

At the buyer’s request, MCC will provide details of the tracking of the package. If your host country has no tracking service website or linked to one, we are not required to provide a reliable website. Taxes may be required by customs upon entry of products into the country of destination. These taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. No returns or abandoned packages will be accepted or refunded.
Q. What if cigars I order arrive damaged?
A: In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the merchandise, we must be notified within 48hrs or less and we will send a return address for the merchandise and it must be returned to that address within 25 days. The merchandise must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging. The return postage fees are paid by the client. In the event that the goods have been sent in error or in excess, the latter must be returned within 25 days. In this case, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and then will be refunded by MCC. The refund is made after receipt and control of the condition of the goods. If the goods were to be damaged during delivery or the return, it is the customer’s responsibility to take the necessary measures with the postal services. For all cases which do not appear in these general conditions, the code of obligations is applied.
