Q. Can I pay by Credit or Debit Card?

A. At this time we DO NOT accept cards for cigar and cigarette as payment. Payment for ALL cigars must be paid by EFT/ACH/SWIFT or Bank Wire transfers. We will ask you to join them and send a payment link via email. Payments can be made to us in these currencies USD, CAD, GBP, EURO, CHF, YEN and USD.

Minimum is Six Single Cigars & one or more 3 & 5 packs : US$20 (Worldwide)

Cuban Coffee: US$10.00 (110g,230g,500g,1000g) for every 500g

Q. Do you ship original sealed boxes?

A. About 90% will be sealed but due to stringent quality checks on our stock of Cuban cigars, you may receive some boxes with razor cut Cuban warranty and Chevron seals (especially aged, vintage or anything EL’s or RE’s over 1 year ago) We do maintain high levels of brand selection, our suppliers will purchase from other reputable Habanos SA sources outside of Switzerland. In this case, bar codes may be removed to protect the identity of that other licensed Habanos source. Each box is then vacuum sealed with a Boveda pack for freshness and quality when shipped. Our cigars are stored and shipped from fully air conditioned and climate controlled state of the art duty free bonded warehouses. NOTE: We recommend having your boxes opened and inspected. Any cigars not inspected will not be eligible for refunds or returns due to plume.

Q. Are other Cuban products on the website guaranteed delivery?

A. All other products from Cuba and other countries of manufacturer are shipped in original packaging and are guaranteed delivery worldwide. (Except Cuban cigarettes to the USA)

Q. Out of stock items in order? 

We do our best to maintain the up-to-date inventory on our website. Should your cigars or items not be in stock after you place an order, we will contact and inform you. You can then either replace, wait, or remove the box or item from your order. We do not refund and you will have a store credit balance.

Q.  How long does it take to receive my order? 

A. Once the order has been paid for it will be shipped via International Priority or Regular Airmail. Transit & delivery time is approx. 6 – 20 business days for most of Europe, 10 – 25 Days for Asia, Pacific Rim, North America, and 12 – 25 Days Central & South America. (We have no control over weather, Acts of God, transit times, local customs, postal service processing and delivery delays)

Q. When will my order be shipped after payment? 

A. Once you have made payment and we have confirmed, SHIPPING the order can take up to another 4 – 5 business days if we are backlogged with shipping.

Q.  How do I know if an order has been shipped or delivered? 

A.  When the package is sent, you will be e-mailed a website link with tracking number after package has passed customs. You may track online and we will on our end also. (Check your Spam folder also for e-mails)

Tracking
All tracked orders are sent in tracking priority mode against signature of an adult over 21 years old.
At the buyer’s request, MCC will provide details of the tracking of the package. If your host country has no website tracking service or linked to one, we are not liable to provide one. Taxes may be required by customs upon entry of products into the country of destination. These taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Return to sender or abandoned packages will not be refunded. We are not liable for packages left outside and stolen or damged by elements of weather. If the package has been siezed due to import regulations thier is NO refund. (Except the USA)

Q.  What if cigars or items I ordered arrive damaged?

A: In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the merchandise, we must be notified within 48hrs or less and we will send a return address for the merchandise and it must be returned to that address within 5 business days. The merchandise must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging. The return postage fees are paid by the client. In the event that the goods have been sent in error or in excess, the latter must be returned within 10-25 days. In this case, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and then will be refunded by MCC. The refund is made after receipt and control of the condition of the goods. If the goods were to be damaged during delivery or the return, it is the customer’s responsibility to take the necessary measures with the postal services for a claim. For all cases which do not appear in these general conditions, the code of obligations is applied.  

Q.  How do I know that I am getting an authentic product?

A.  All our Cuban cigars or products are sourced directly through authorized Habanos S.A. distributors and other top online suppliers in Switzerland, Spain and other EU countries. We also deal with grey market retailers who buy from parallel suppliers. What does Grey market mean? It means we sell genuine products, outside of the territory they were destined for.
