Cigar cutter and lighter set manufactured by Xikar for the Habanos cigar house Partagas.
The lighter offers a turbo flame activated by a large push button on the side. It is a metal cigar lighter, rechargeable with gas and with a large wheel at the bottom for easy flame intensity regulation.
The cigar cutter has an aluminum body and a double stainless steel blade.
