Brick House
The Brick House first received an epic 93-point rating from Cigar Aficionado magazine!
Named after the Newman family house that provided their lodgings on the second floor and tavern on the first, the brand has always strived to provide that feeling of warmth and coziness we all associate with home.
One of the hallmarks of the JC Newman Cigar Company, the Brick House was eventually joined by critical darlings such as Diamond Crown Maximus and Diamond Crown Julius Caeser. Handmade in Nicaraguan, this medium body to full-bodied Nicaraguan Puro is bursting with distinct, crisp, and earthy tastes of oak and maple syrup.
The Habano Subido Connecticut fermented wrapper manages to retain a rugged appearance despite a slight shimmer and produces a perfect smoke with a slight mint on the finish. A smooth smoke, never harsh or overwhelming, the Brick House brand made the Top 25 Cigars list in 2010, 2016, and most recently in 2022 with the Brick House Churchill, and has been called the “most consistent stick ever experienced” by Cigar Inspector.
Received a 92-point rating from Cigar Aficionado and reached #18 on the Top 25, with the review stating it had “warm intonations of apple, cedar and baking spices. Creamy notes of coffee and vanilla emerge before a coconut like finish.”
A friendly cigar, easily paired with any accompaniment of liquor, and a delightful way to unwind on every occasion, the Brick House has truly stood the test of time. No other brand has managed to so steadfastly remain at the height of its game while being so wallet friendly.
