The Rocky Patel ALR Cigar is the result of some serious planning and foresight by Rocky Patel himself! After tasting a new blend he created back in 2015, Rocky decided that the blend would work better if he were to age it another 3 years. With that in mind, Rocky ordered a limited run of just 100,000 cigars, rolled wrapped and completed, and had them laid to rest in an aging room.
After tasting the final product 3 years late, Rocky declared them to be ready, and thus the Rocky Patel Aged Limited Rare Cigar line was born. The ALR, as it is called in short hand, is being reduced to an even smaller release of 30,000 cigars worldwide, that is 1,500 boxes of 20, the rest Rocky is keeping for his personal collection!
This silky-smooth, yet wonderfully complex, cigar is built around a blend of Nicaraguan long-filler tobaccos and wrapped in a rare Ecuadorian grown Habano Seed wrapper leaf. Medium-bodied by nature, this cigar presents with the classic Nicaraguan peppery spice, along with notes of cocoa and coffee, with warm woodsy notes to boot.
