Instead of using his personal favorite, a Connecticut shade wrapper, Nick decided he wanted a more complex flavor for The Wise Man. He settled on a Mexican San Andres leaf for its intricate complexion and the subtle notes of spice it adds to the draw. The blend itself was built using rich Nicaraguan tobacco for both its binder and filler for an appropriate consistency. Any of its vitolas provides the magnificent taste of dark chocolate, black pepper, vanilla, creamy earth, and coffee. The Robusto vitola even earned the third-place spot in Cigar Aficionado’s top 25 for 2018, wowing the judges with its alternating sweet and savory notes
