Villiger San?Doro Maduro

The Villiger San’Doro Maduro Cigar is made at the Villiger’s factory in Bahia, Brazil. It is exclusively crafted with an all-Brazilian blend using a dark, oily Mata Fina wrapper, Mata Norte binder and Mata Fina and Mata Norte fillers. It is currently and exclusively offered in a Toro size only. It is a medium-full smoke with rich notes of coffee, cedar and a touch of pepper, among other less overpowering spices.
The name San’Doro pays homage to tobacco lore. It comes from the Latin phrase “Indorum Sang Sancta” which translates to “Sacred healing plant from India”, also called San’Doro. That is because many believed that Columbus actually discovered the trail to India, and the tobacco that he brought back was known as Indorum Sana Sancta.
