The Pennsylvania Avenue Wide Toro features a Habano Criollo Especial wrapper, a Habano binder, and a combination of Brazilian and Dominican fillers and is 5 1/8 inches with a 58 ring gauge. The taste is smooth at the start and then moves to a creamy, coffee, cocoa with a hint of nuts. with all D’Crossier cigars, the Presidential Collection is produced in Costa Rica. The cigars have been aging for the past 19 months.
